Once summer started I started playing around with 3Ds max to experiment with some different tools and shapes. So I decided my first project I would actually make would be a penny board, something small but would also push me farther so that I would have to use new tools and techniques. When making it I started off with cylinders that I had rotated to use for the wheels and a thin box for the board. The new skill I ended up learning was after changing the box to and editable poly I used to chamfer down the front of the board to get a more pointed end to make it look more relativistic. For the back of the board I did the same but the dragging up the end to make it look like an overlap kind of design. Now school is out and I can use more time on improving and being free with whatever I want to make. -I learned how to use the chamfer tool better - School is over - I can make whatever and improve my skills
